Chris studied piano at a very young age before making a life-changing choice: learning how to play the guitar. After learning some classical music, Chris developed an interest in different styles like heavy metal, which led him to start gigging in France. Following studies in Music Performance in France, Chris moved to Los Angeles for three years, studying Jazz at Musicians Institute, gigging, and occasionally working as a session guitarist at Studio 56. Chris won first prize at the GIT Masters in both Los Angeles and Tokyo, Japan. A two-page article about his performance was published in Young Guitar and Gazette, renowned guitar magazines. After extensive global travel as a session musician, Chris settled in the U.K., where he performed in many different bands with a wide range of styles; he recently became a Maths graduate at University which gives him the tools to follow his passion, studying the endless relationship between Maths and Music.
